Stacy believes it’s important for small businesses to have a social impact component.  Therefore, she is active in her community to promote mountain biking for all types of riders - through stewardship of local parks and trails, volunteering for various biking organizations, support of local bike shops and other small businesses related to cycling. 
Stacy plans to start a new club in the spring of 2019 for teenage girls to develop camaraderie, skills, and confidence on a mountain bike.  Stay tuned!
Stacy is currently a ride leader and sponsor for WMBA COS, The Women’s Mountain Biking Association of Colorado Springs.
Stacy is a coach for Kids on Bikes, with innovative earn-a-bike program for fifth graders, a community Pedal Station, and summer camps for youth ages 7-12.
Stacy was Chair of the Board and former ride leader/coach for Front Rangers Juniors Cycling, the only non-school sponsored cycling club for teens in Colorado Springs. 
Stacy was a race team member of Southern Colorado Velo, a local club that offers all disciplines of cycling paired with community service. 
Stacy is a coach, advisor, and HUGE FAN of the Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort, a newly renovated historic, cycling-themed hotel in the heart of Colorado Springs. 
​Stacy has achieved super volunteer status for Medicine Wheel Trail Advocates, whose mission is to create, sustain and advocate for quality mountain bike experiences for the riders of the Pikes Peak, including the building of awesome new trails.

Stacy is guardian of the bike skills park at Red Rocks Canyon Open Space, repairing and maintaining the park as needed to keep it safe and open to the public.
