Seriously, I discovered mountain biking on a whim at 40 on a $90 Walmart-Bike that I quickly broke on the first ride. So, I bought a “real” bike that my skills quickly outpaced in about 9 months. So, I then bought my “real, real” bike and moved to Colorado from the east coast and become completely humbled by the terrain. I may not be the fastest up or down the mountain, nor the gnarliest shredder ever, but there is no question who is having endless fun testing my current limits. I completely revert to a 12-year-old when I’m on the bike. I’m all about trying new ride locations, building new skills and just plain enjoying every second I can get out and ride.
