BUFFALO CREEK
Located an 80-minute drive from Colorado Springs, plan for a long day. Lots of trails to choose from, with many options for loops. Good bike-handling ability and excellent endurance required. "Big bang for your buck" with this ride, for climbing effort gives big rewards in long and sustained downhills. The Colorado Trail runs through this area. Tailgating possible in the welcoming parking lot.
With two guides, can combine advanced with intermediate rides. Dirt roads run through the area, making novice rides with lovely lunch spots possible.
